Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty was pleased to represent the buyer of Descante.  Located at 3650 Tuxedo Road in Atlanta’s upscale area of Buckhead, this the most expensive recorded sale in the history of Atlanta residential real estate (as per First Multiple Listing Service).  The home was listed at $16,900,000 and Betsy Akers of The Vawter Group represented the buyers.
