KEVIN MCBRIDE HAS BEEN A REALTOR® FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS, specializing in both the condominium and residential markets in the Atlanta in-town market. He is an expert in marketing condominium and residential projects. Previous projects include 18 Peachtree Circle, 856 Briarcliff Road, 1350 North Morningside, Alden House, Gates at Glenridge, Lynwood Park and The Regent at Glenridge.

Kevin worked for five years as Trainer for Nichols/Delongpre Arabians located in Santa Barbara, California and owned by producer Mike Nichols.  As trainer handled day to day training and customer relations of the 400 horses on the farm.  Assisted in producing the annual sale which averaged in excess of four million dollars.  Client base included names such as Candice Bergen, Jack Nicholson, Jane Fonda, Jacqueline Onassis and many others.

For two years, Kevin worked for a family import/export business as Regional Director of their Middle East operations based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.  Additionally, Kevin spent four years as a trainer for Arabco International where as one of the three trainers handled training and sales for a worldwide clientele.  Representing owners from Brazil, Argentina, Qater, UAE, Paris, Netherlands, and  Australia.
