Theresa Strait joins Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty after a successful career with another respected firm in Atlanta where she worked for nine years.

At her previous firm, Theresa was consistently one of the Top 20 agents and achieved Life Membership Status in the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club.

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Theresa returned to Atlanta and started her career in advertising where she was a Senior Media Buyer for J. Walter Thompson Advertising for seven years. The skills she aquired in negotiating television and radio buys for clients have served her well in her real estate career.

Theresa considers the negotiation aspect of the real estate transaction to be one of her greatest strengths. She is dedicated to helping her clients in all stages of the real estate transaction, and their complete satisfaction is her ultimate goal.

Theresa considers it a privilege to help indiviuals and families with one of the most important purchases in their lifetime.

A longtime resident of Dunwoody, Theresa enjoys working in all the surrounding areas such as Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Norcross, Alpharetta and Chamblee. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis and any time she can spend with her college- aged children.
