Blaine was featured as one of Atlanta’s top 10 luxury agents in the 2014 and 2017 "Best of Atlanta" issue of the Atlantan magazine, recognized in The Men's Book Top 10 Modern Men of Atlanta in 2016 for philanthropy and featured as the cover story in Top Agent magazine in January of 2017. Most recently, he was recognized as a distinguished professional by The Expert Network as one of the Top 3 % of REALTORS ® in the United States.

After 10 successful years in the real estate industry, Blaine formed The Palmer Team & Associates, a dynamic, top-producing real estate team offering a unique concierge approach to each transaction.

Blaine is intensely focused on identifying the needs of his clients, providing alternatives and options and delivering results to help each achieve their goal in their real estate transaction. He brings a diverse and unique background to his real estate relationships. He is a graduate of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in chemistry. He credits his ability to critically think through complex negotiations to his rigorous education and studies abroad.

Before entering the real estate industry, Blaine worked for more than 10 years in the corporate setting with Fortune 100 companies serving as a human resources professional, sales and marketing professional and as a consultant. His knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of a business relationship afford him the ability to quickly offer solutions and connections.

Wilmot:I have been a professional in the real estate and property management industry for more than 10 years. A native of South Carolina, I began my career managing, renting and selling properties along the Pawleys Island and greater Myrtle Beach area. It was there that I attained both my South Carolina real estate and property manager licenses and was a member of the Coastal Carolina Board of REALTORS®. In 2007, I moved from Pawleys Island to Atlanta and joined Post Properties in their corporate apartment division, where I was responsible for leasing, marketing and managing corporate apartments in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina markets.


In 2010, I moved to JMG Realty where I used my property management experience to lease, market and manage several multifamily communities in the Atlanta market. From this I was able to gain further knowledge of the many different areas in Atlanta. In February 2013, I decided to get back into residential sales and joined forces with The Palmer Team & Associates.
